Job Description
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain websites. Mintage works with a wide range of clients and therefore it is pertinent that the applicants learn to adapt to various styles and improve on them. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take the lead on innovations and projects. Working cross-functionally to enhance the overall user experience of our platforms is part of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, and modify websites, from layout to function, based on project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver high-quality web solutions
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Perform website updates and maintenance as needed
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Come up with creative solutions to clients’ unique needs
- Work with the team in delivering the best product keeping the brand philosophy in check
- Self-assign tasks take ownership of website content and consistently work on improving the usability of the platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience in an advertising agency.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using React, Node js, Web App, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in WordPress, Firebase, PHP, and MySQL Database
